I was unable to utilize the reservation because the dates on the reservation were incorrect through Bookings.com. However, the woman at the front desk was extremely nice. When I discovered the reservation dates were incorrect she kindly told me I needed to contact Bookings.com to change the dates and provided me with the number to Bookings.com. After a long and disappointing call with Bookings.com, where I was told they would not adjust the dates of the reservation nor would they cancel the reservation, she was kind enough to provide me with the hotel manager's number. The desk clerk informed me they have had many issues with Bookings.com and if I wanted to dispute the reservation with Bookings.com, they would support that dispute. I have submitted a dispute with Bookings.com and hope they will provide a refund. My name is Karen Thorpe my reservation number was 3379220964. The dates on the reservation were Feb. 19-20 but the dates needed were Feb. 11-12.

Most of the workers were very friendly and helpful. Had to change rooms once but they did so without any problems. We were there a whole week and it was well worth the money and good location and the pool was my kids favorite. It was clean and well kept.
